Is Mama Lawson Stays a hotel?

No. Mama Lawson Stays is a peaceful, shared home with private suites. It offers thoughtfully curated suites for guests who value peace, rest, relaxation, cleanliness, and mutual respect. This is not a hotel nor a party-friendly accommodation.

How does the booking process work?

All stays are request only.

Guests must submit a booking request and confirm they have read and agree to the House Rules. Each request is reviewed, and approval or decline is provided within 24 to 48 hours.

Who is best suited for Mama Lawson Stays?

Mama Lawson Stays is best suited for guests seeking a quiet and restful environment. It is not a good fit for social gatherings, celebrations of lively stays.

Are visitors or extra guests allowed?

No.

Only registered guests listed on the booking request are permitted on the property. Anyone not listed on the booking will be asked to leave immediately.

Is this a shared space?

Yes

Each guest will have a private suite, however, some areas in the home are shared and must be used temporarily, respectfully and cleaned after each use. These areas include the laundry, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Are pets allowed?

No

Pets are not permitted on the property, even if they are in carriers or cages..

Is smoking allowed?

No

Smoking, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Late check-out is not available unless pre-approved in writing.

Do you offer additional services?

Yes.

What if I have special needs or requests?

If there is something specific that would make your stay more comfortable, please include it in your booking request. We are happy to review reasonable requests when possible.

How will I know if my request is approved?

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email within 24 hours. If your request is approved, it will be a confirmation email with the next steps.

Can I bring children?

Most suites have a maximum amount of 2 guests who may stay. The largest suite allows three guests. This may not be exceeded for any reason. If your child is included as one of the guests in your booking, they may stay, however, they will be required to follow the house rules. If house rules cannot be followed, this may not be a good fit.

What happens if the house rules are not followed?

Failure to follow House Rules will result in immediate cancellation without refund and removal from the property. These policies exist to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
