To ensure a positive experience for all guests, the following house guidelines are in place, and must be followed.

Occupancy:

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• No Visitors or additional guests are allowed.

• Misrepresentation of guest count will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Shared Spaces:

• Shared Spaces are for temporary and respectful use.

• Guest may not occupy or “set up” in common areas for extended periods of time.

• All common areas must be cleaned immediately after use.

Noise and Behavior:

• Quiet hours are observed at all times to support a peaceful environment.

• Loud music, disruptive behavior, or confrontations are not permitted.

• Respect for the host and other guests is required at all times.

Cleanliness:

• Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.

• Food must be stored properly.

• Personal items may not be left in common areas.

Safety and Respect:

• No Smoking, illegal substances, or weapons.

• Harassment, aggressive behavior, or disrespect toward the host or other guest will result in immediate removal

• No pets allowed, including animals kept in cages

• The front door is self-locking, Please do not turn or adjust the knobs on the door, as this may lock other guests out.

Check -Out:

• Check-Out time is 11:00 am.

• Late check-out is not available unless pre-approved in writing.
