By submitting a booking request or staying at Mama Lawson Stays, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Requests

All stays are request-only and subject to approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking.

Minimum Stay

Short stays: minimum 3 nights

Long stays: 7 nights or more

Payments

Approved bookings require payment through our secure payment provider. Payment instructions are provided only after approval.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking approval.

House Rules

Guests must review and agree to the House Rules prior to booking. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Shared Home Environment

Mama Lawson Stays is a shared home designed for guests who value quiet, cleanliness, and respectful use of shared spaces.

Liability

Guests stay at their own risk. Mama Lawson Stays is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Right to Refuse Service

Mama Lawson Stays reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking that does not align with the values of the home.

Changes to Terms
